DLC “Evtektika”, having extensive practical experience in the development and implementation of technological processes in the field of foundry production and metallurgy, offers mutual cooperation in the following areas:
- Development of compositions and supply to consumers of special degassing preparations (fluxes and modifiers) for aluminum-based and copper-based alloys and supply of the necessary materials to the Customer.
- Development and implementation of a technological process for the production of large-capacity castings (weighing up to 15 tons) from high-strength cast iron grades VCh40 … VCh50 according to GOST 7293-85, GOST 3443-87.
- Development and implementation in production of a comprehensive technological process for the manufacture of castings from spheroidal graphite cast iron grades VCh 40; VCh 45; VCh 60; VCh 70 based on liquid melt with an increased sulfur content, using both ladle and in-mold processing methods.
- Development and implementation of a technological process for the production of machine-building profile castings with specified special properties from cast iron with vermicular graphite (smoothness, water tightness, manufacturability, etc.).
- Application: hydraulics, chill mold equipment, crankcase-type casting, etc.
- Development and implementation of graphitizing modification technology for the production of castings without chill, manufactured both in permanent (chill molds) and in disposable molds, based on the produced modifiers.
- Development and implementation of a technological process for out-of-furnace alloying of melt, cast iron, chemical composition of ligatures to ensure the production of castings with special properties from high-quality high-grade cast irons (SCh 25, SCh 30, SCh 35).
- Development and implementation of technologies including melt filtration in the casting mold, optimization of gating and feeding systems through the use of exothermic and isothermal inserts in order to increase the yield and provide the Customer with the necessary materials.
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive technology for the production of casting equipment (molds, press molds, chill molds, etc.) with high-precision engraving (accelerated show process mode) and increased durability (1.5-2.5 times) and provision of special modifiers and materials.
- Development and implementation of a technology for the production of castings with special properties of a machine-building profile based on melting synthetic cast irons.
- Development and implementation of a technological process for castings from special alloys based on the Fe-C system with high wear- and impact-resistant characteristics (grinding bodies, etc.) and special alloyed cast irons according to GOST 7769-82.
- Development and implementation of a technology for modifying, refining, degassing aluminum-based alloys in order to obtain critical castings with high physical and mechanical properties in the conditions of the Customer’s foundries.
All developed technological processes are provided with rhythmic and stable supplies of the necessary materials of domestic production and the CIS countries.
